The Town of Hillsborough is an entirely residential community located approximately 20 miles south of the City of San Francisco, minutes away from San Francisco International Airport and nestled between Highways 101 and 280. The community of 10,825 residents encompasses about 3,900 homes and is comprised of uniquely designed neighborhoods situated in the hills and flatlands that make up the town’s eclectic topography. Hillsborough is consistently ranked amongst the wealthiest communities in the country, and due to town zoning and subdivision ordinances, no apartments, condominiums, townhomes, or businesses can be found within Hillsborough.
